Founded around 40 years ago, Blue Mountains Food Services (BMFS) began with a simple goal: to support the nutritional needs of vulnerable members of the Blue Mountains community.

 

What started as a meal delivery service has since grown into a dynamic organisation offering a wide range of aged care, disability, and community support services, all while fostering social connection and inclusion.

 

Our Mission: We are committed to providing nutritious meals and fostering meaningful connections to reduce isolation and improve the well-being of our community members.

 

Our Vision: To create a more inclusive, healthy, and connected Blue Mountains community where everyone, regardless of age or ability, has access to vital support and services. Through our various programs, such as Meals on Wheels, Cook and Connect and Ben’s Café, we strive to empower individuals, promote independence, and bring people together through food.
