At Blue Mountains Food Services, there are several funding options to enable you to access our services:
Meal Delivery Services:
Meals on Wheels (CHSP)
Funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), subsidised meals are available to eligible individuals. To qualify, clients must be registered with [My Aged Care](https://www.myagedcare.gov.au/), which offers assessments and guidance for government-subsidised support. CHSP is designed for older Australians who need help to stay living independently.
Home Care Package
Clients with an approved Home Care Package can use their allocated funds to receive meals. A Home Care Package provides ongoing support for seniors who require a higher level of care than that provided by CHSP. Meals can be included as part of this package, enhancing the support you receive to stay independent at home.
NDIS
NDIS participants who have a meals budget included in their plan can receive meal delivery services from us. NDIS plans are customised to each participant’s goals and needs, ensuring that support services like meals can be covered if necessary for health and well-being.
Cook + Connect:
NDIS participants can also use their plan funding to join our Cook + Connect program, which offers life skills development through cooking, helping participants build independence and social connections.
