Once registered, clients receive nutritious, frozen meals delivered weekly by our friendly volunteers, who provide a quick check-in to make sure everything is going well. Delivery schedules vary by area, from Tuesday to Friday, and meals can also be collected from our Lawson office.

Cook + Connect is a life skills and social connection program for young people on an NDIS plan. It offers hands-on cooking experience in group settings, one-on-one classes at home, or work experience in a real café environment. This program builds skills in meal planning, budgeting, food safety, and more to foster independence and social engagement.
